"Baggage Claim" was born from my fascination with contained thrillers—particularly inspired by the minimal approach in the Japanese film “2LDK.” We had just a tiny budget, only a month to pull everything together, and shot the entire feature in five days with a lean six-person crew. Despite the intense constraints, we pushed forward, exploring themes of greed, trust, and how three friends respond when faced with a life-or-death dilemma.
